Inspired by her Shih Tzu, Zoe-Joe (pronounced Zoey Jo), owner and designer Jamye Hickman combined her skills as an ergonomist and her love for animals when she created PupCentric. Hickman is a PhD candidate in Engineering Psychology at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA and she speaks around the world on her research in ergonomic design. She has been an active member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society for the past seven years.
